Sowing Seeds for a Successful Life
Everybody wants to experience some measure of success. Whether it is in vocation or family, we desire accomplishment and achievement. Thankfully God has provided us with biblical principles that help us realize success. During the month of November, I will be preaching through a sermon series entitled "Sowing Seeds for a Successful Life." By considering the process of sowing and reaping, we'll set forth the framework for familial, financial, gospel, and eternal success. I pray that this study will transform our lives as we seek to please HIM!
When you look across the church today, you can note numerous testimonies of faith. Like you, I marvel at the faithfulness of believers who have served so well for so long. In just a few weeks, we'll be able to celebrate one of those extraordinary examples. For forty years Billy Causey has led the music program here at FBCZ. Through his efforts the church and community has been touched by the gospel of Christ. On November 15, we will have a special worship service at 3:00 pm to thank the Lord for Billy's faithfulness. Afterwards there will be reception in his honor.
