Thank You from Dr. B.H. Brantly
Dear Church Family,
I never in my wildest dreams anticipated the great outpouring of love I experienced Sunday evening. The remembrances shared of the past twenty-seven years; the warm embraces (hugs and kisses) were refreshing - made this old man want to come out of retirement already. You are great people. I thank God for each of you.
As if the kind words - uplifting words were not enough, then came the clock to set over our fireplace for Nellie and me to enjoy as we rock away the hours; then the bonus check (I may not have to sell the green Buick).
All in all, Sunday, July 11, was a wonderful day in the lives of Brythel and Nellie Brantly. Our many thanks to all who had a part in putting the blowout together.
We thank you and love you. God has blessed us in so many, many ways, don't you know.
