Receiving and Dismissal of Children
- At least two teachers are to be in each room at all times.
- ONLYparent/guardian of the child, or other designated person, should bring or will be able to pick up the child. (NO SIBLINGS)
- Parent/Guardian is to leave their child only if a teacher is present.
- Parent/Guardian is to wait OUTSIDE the classroom when getting their child. This is to help facilitate smooth traffic flow and avoid disturbances.
- Security stickers should be completed and brought to the classroom. The teacher will place the sticker on the child's back and give the parent/guardian the stub.
- Parent/Guardian MUST present this stub to the teacher before picking up their child. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Parent/Guardian is to request the morning director to ascertain condition of child or knock on door and discuss with the teacher. This discussion should be done OUTSIDE of the classroom in order to prevent disrupting the child's or other children's stay.
