Dear Parents,
Today in the extended service we started a new worship service for the three and four year olds. we are excited about having this time for the preschoolers to sing and learn more about God. We will be sending home a monthly newsletter to keep you informed of some of the things we are learning in our preschool worship services.
Each month we will have a new theme for our worship services. The main theme of our worship will be a character trait. We will present Bible stories that teach the preschoolers the importance of these character traits. We will also have new songs and a verse for each month.
The preschoolers will have an even further understanding of the importance of these godly character traits if you partner with us and reinforce these theme as home. Our goal is for the children to not just learn Bible stories but to learn how God's principles apply to their lives even at the young age of three and four. If your child shows an exceptional example of a character trait at home, we ask that you share it with Mrs. bergstrom (preferably in writing) and we will recognize them in extended worship. This month's information is:
Character Trait: Obedience - Doing what you are told with a happy face.
