Our Senior Adult Ministry provides a variety of ministries and activities for senior adults that will make a difference in their lives for now and for eternity. Our Senior Adult Ministry reaches out to the adults in our church as well as in the community. Our desire is to invite all Senior Adults to share in many activities and social opportunities.

Everyone is welcome. The Senior Adult Ministry isn't about age, it's about people. Please be aware that the senior adult ministry is not "age exclusive". Involvement is self defined and not age directed - anyone is always welcome in the programs and events.

Prime Timers meet the second Thursday of each month. 

We start the morning with games, coffee and fellowship, and then we have a program and finish with a meal.

Each month we go on an interesting local trip. 

We have gone on longer trips to see Christmas lights, to enjoy a mission trip, or to attend senior adult conferences and conventions.

Mission trips are planned for senior adults to participate in. We have gone to New Orleans, South Texas and Nicaragua as well as working on projects right here in Zachary.

Churches in our association come together twice during the year for Senior Adult Day at Judson Retreat Center and Senior Adult Revival.  The Senior Adult Day is held in May.  Pastors are invited to preach, mission emphasis is also given.  Senior Adult Revival is held in the fall at various churches in our association.

The third Monday of the month we have a group that meets at the church to play table games.

In addition to Sunday morning Bible study, there is January Bible Study and an Easter Bible study planned.
