March 2010 Newsletter
Dear Parents,
Another quarter and new Bible Verses to commit to memory!! Many of our students excitedly recited the verses to us each Sunday. Today we begin a new series about Jesus, His Cruucifixion, Resurrection, His acts, and how we can worship Him. The verses to memorize are wonderful scripture that will, hopefully, hast a lifetime.
Here is the list in the order they will be presented:
March 7, 2010 - Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again - rejoice! Philippians 4:4
March 14, 2010 - All of you, serve each other in humility. 1 Peter 5:5b
March 21, 2010 - If you love me, obey my commandments. John 14:15
March 28, 2010 - For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard. Romans 3:23
April 4, 2010 - For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
April 11, 2010 - He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. Psalm 103:3
April 18, 2010 - This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun. 2 Corinthians 5:17
April 25, 2010 - Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. John 13:34b
May 2, 2010 - For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Romans 14:17.
May 9, 2010 - The earth is the Lord's and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to Him. Psalm 24:1
May 16, 2010 - Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Psalm 150:6
May 23, 2010 - Sing to Him; sing His praises. Tell everyone about His wonderful deeds. 1 Chronicles 16:9
May 30, 2010 - I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20b.
