April: 

• USO: “Uplifting the Savior Only” Ladies Luncheon:  Saturday, April 28, 10:00 am in FLC:  This is a wonderful outreach event in the community.  Ladies of all ages attend and fellowship together at the luncheon tables while sharing the message of Christ.

May: 

•  Couponing Fellowship:  Thursday, May 3, 6:00-8:00 pm in FLC 105:  Couponing techniques and secrets.  (Jennifer Bozeman) 
• End of school year:  May 18, 21, 22:  Women’s Ministry will prepare snacks and deliver to the teacher’s lounges of all local schools.  (Shelley Boyd, Michelle Clement, Dana Kennedy, Kaitlin Macker, Monica Russell, Stefani Sullivan)
•  Oakwood and VBS:  May 28-June 2:  Women’s Ministry will travel to Oakwood Assisted Living Center to visit with residents and have residents participate in sorting simple craft materials for Vacation Bible School.  (Heather Prejean) 

June: 

• Lunch Bunch:  Friday, June 15, 12:00 pm:  Meet at the church to go to lunch.

August: 

• Ladies Bible Study Groups:  Bible study groups meet on Tuesdays 9:00-11:00 am and 6:30-8:30 pm.  (Carole Wade, Wendy Elbourne, Sharon Rabalais)    - Fall study will be James: Mercy Triumphs
•  GRITS- (Girls Rising in the Son) Women’s Prayer Breakfast:  Saturday, August 4, 8:00-10:00 am in FLC:  Prayer requests are made for families, children, schools, teachers, church, community, and country.  The prayer breakfast will conclude with a prayer walk for Zachary Community Schools.  (Jodi Burson)
•  “Paint and PJS Party”:  Friday, August 17, 6:00 pm:  A “Ladies Night In” pajama party.  Joy Petty will teach the ladies to paint a canvas centered on a theme.  Devotional message will center on theme of the evening.  Invite your friends!  (Denise Burdette)

September:

•  Social Light Night:  Saturday, September 22, 5:30:  This is an evening of praise and worship and practical tips for fashion, hair, fitness, and health. Ladies “clothe” themselves with compassion, humility, and love as beautiful women in Christ.

November:

•  Thanksgiving Meal Distribution:  Meal distribution to local families.  Contact person is Mary Bellcase. (Denise Burdette)

December: 

• Zachary Community Helpers:  Women’s Ministry will collect gifts from the church members to deliver to the Lions Club for distribution to local families.    
•  Zachary Community Open House:  Publicity of Women’s Ministry in citywide open house and/or parade.  (Wendy Elbourne, Stefani Sullivan)
