FAQ-Christmas

May I purchase tickets at the door?

Unfortunately, no. We have sold all of the tickets we can. We want everyone to be safe so we're following social distancing guidelines and that restricts the number of tickets we could sell.

What is this event?

"Christmas at First: A Worship Experience" is a night-of-worship where we will gather to celebrate the birth of our Savior through music. This year we will be lead in worship by Michael O'Brien and the Foto Sisters.

Is this event kid-friendly?

We always welcome children in our services. There is a "cry room" located in the foyer of the Worship Center.

Where can I park?

The church has several parking spots surrounding our Worship Center.  Handicap parking is available.

Will there be wheelchair-friendly seating available?

YES.  We have several locations around the Worship Center made specifically for those in wheelchairs.  Please see an usher for help with finding those.

I can't make it to the event.  Will there be other opportunities to experience it?

Unfortunately, we will not be recording this worship service, but we've scheduled it at the beginning of the month with hopes that you will be able to join us in person.

Will there be social distancing?

If necessary, we will still be observing state mandated social distancing guidelines: limited capacity,  spacing between family groups, masks encouraged until seated.

Concert FAQ

When can I enter the venue?

This is a ticketed event with general seating.  Doors will open at 5:30pm.

Do I need a physical ticket to enjoy the concert?

Every person who is attending will need a ticket or proof of purchase [all ages]. If you purchase a ticket online, we will snail mail you a ticket unless you purchase on/after November 27 - after which time your ticket will be available in the church office before the concert. If you can't make it by the office before hand, bring a copy of your confirmation email and that can serve as your ticket [printed or on your phone]. Ticket pickup is available in the church office Monday through Thursday, 9a-4p, and Friday, 9a-11a starting Monday, November 9 and ending Friday, December 4.
