Veterans Walk of Honor
Thu, 06/11/2009 - 3:00pm — ReggieWe wish to say a very special thank you to all of the men and women, living or deceased, who have served, or who are serving in our Nation’s Armed Forces. Help us to do this by bringing a picture of your relative in uniform and a present day photo (if possible) to the church office. We will display these photos down the hall from the atrium to the sanctuary between June 21 and July 5.

Sat, 06/27/2009 - 1:39am — ReggieDaily, I'm reminded of my pastoral inadequacies . . . when I sit by the bed of an elderly man wasting away from cancer . . .when I attempt to provide counsel to a couple whose twenty-year marriage is in jeopardy . . . when I officiate the funeral service for an abused, murdered child. It is so often difficult to find the right words, the satisfactory answers.
